Medford Mailbox is an independently owned and operated packing, shipping, and business services center located in Medford, OR. We are professionally trained experts and members of the Medford community who are dedicated to providing Super-Star Customer care in a convenient, efficient, and friendly environment.
Medford Mailbox opened in December of 1984, as Medford's very first " Mail & Parcel Center". Bob Gurney is the founder and still manages the daily operations. He is assisted by his daughter, Kim Gurney. Kim, who is a college student, works part-time and is learning all aspects of the business. Kim is especially great at personalized customer service and handling computer related tasks !
Medford Mailbox has always been a 100% locally-owned and operated family business. Now in our 40th year, we are one of the oldest & most experienced Mail & Parcel Centers in the Pacific Northwest. Our specialities include custom packaging of small and medium-sized items and guaranteed Next Day (and 2 day and 3 day) deliveries through FedEx and UPS. Our company has been a "UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet" and a "FedEx Authorized ShipCenter" since they began their authorized programs (over 25 years ago). Our other specialty is the rental of Private Mailboxes (PMB's) for individuals, businesses, charities, non-profits, political campaigns, and other entities in Oregon. We also offer a very reliable mail forwarding service for RVers and other travelers.
We also offer Notary Public service at our Downtown Medford location; and, if you're unable to come to us, we can travel to other locations in Jackson and Josephine Counties, including homes, offices, and hospitals. We also send & receive faxes, make copies, and sell a large selection of boxes, various mailers, bubble wrap, foam and biodegradable packing "peanuts", packing tape, and office supplies. We also sell postage stamps and take your letters, small packages, and Priority Mail to the US Postal Service everyday ----- including Saturday !
